These terms cover the AJC Painting LLC website, estimate requests, and customer text messaging. The scope, price, payment arrangements, and other terms for painting work are provided in your project estimate or agreement.
Estimate requests and appointments
Submitting a request starts a conversation and does not commit you to purchasing services. Requested dates and times are preferences until we confirm them. Please provide accurate contact and project information so we can respond.
Project agreements
Website descriptions provide general information. Your approved written estimate or agreement defines the work to be performed, including selected options and any project-specific conditions. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
AJC Painting customer text messaging
When you opt in, AJC Painting LLC may send messages about estimate requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, invoices, and customer support. Messages may be sent through Jobber. Frequency varies with your project and communication needs.
Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing our services. Visiting this website or reading these terms does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. You may communicate with us by phone or email instead.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier with questions about those charges.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. To resume messages, contact us to arrange a new opt-in.

Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
